Job DescriptionJob SummaryPersonnel in this position perform a wide array of administrative assistant functions under the supervision of the Site HR Manager.
Job ResponsibilitiesoPerforms a variety of administrative tasks including reporting and tracking information for the department.
oAdministers QMS training records according to established policies & procedures.
Checks and follows-up as required.
oMakes interpretations and recommendations as appropriate.
oGathers information, conducts basic data analysis, and assists in the development of reports.
oPerforms clerical duties as required, such as typing, scheduling and opening & distributing mail.
oDistributes, reviews and answers correspondence.
oCoordinates and /or plans scheduling of appointments, department presentations, training and related functions.
oCoordinates the processing of purchase requisitions, check requests, and related documents.
oMay develop appropriate methods to handle informationoPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQualificationsoHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Prefers Associates degree in Office Management or related fieldo5 years minimum clerical experienceoAdvanced skills in general office computer software such as MS Office Suite and other computer databasesoMust possess excellent organizational skillsoMust have solid oral and written communication, interpersonal and clerical skills.
