Responsibilities Program and operate CNC Router machines using SigMaNest software.
Create and modify CAD/CAM designs to meet production requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC Router machines.
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Router operations and programming.
Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as SigMaNest.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with software applications and data entry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
You should be proficient in:
