Job Overview:
The Product Owner works closely with Stakeholders and Customers to develop the product strategy prioritize initiatives and build the backlog.
As the product owner, you are the business SME for your teams and able to clearly articulate the business value your product roadmap will deliver, both to your teams and to partners.
You can work both operational and are involved in day to day activities with your teams, clarifying scope and context and approving stories to close as well as working strategically with stakeholders to create and adjust the vision and roadmap for your data products.
You ensure the backlog is structured in a manner that enable rapid continuous release of small increments of business value and you are able to quickly pivot as needed in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
You are able to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and you are outgoing and quick to build relationships and network with relevant parties inside as well as outside the firm.
Responsibilities:
Tactical focus of refining the What, Why and When priorities for the team Create vision, execution roadmaps, and timeline for the product Create, prioritize, and clarify Epics and Features in the backlog based on product roadmap, and resolved conflicts with priority Primary SME who ensures the backlog is clear, facilitates user story refinement and provides support to the BA and team, and articulates what needs to be accomplished Participates in all team ceremonies Partner with other Product Managers on product discovery for Features/Stories in the backlog Be a conduit between the Scrum Team and the Business to eliminate interruption Meet with Stakeholders to understand and develop the strategic vision for the Product Communicates with stakeholders, end users, business and IT and manages their expectations Business expert that prioritizes and accepts the work developed by team(s) Balance work on current solutions and future opportunities and decide what will/will not remain in the Product Backlog Assist the Scrum Team with creating Acceptance Criteria and defining the teams Definition of Ready and Definition of Done Be available to the Scrum Team to answer questions about the Product by attending Scrum Ceremonies Review User Stories to ensure all defined Acceptance Criteria has been met Showcase the Scrum Teams accomplishments and receive feedback at Demo & Review Represent the Scrum Team at SoS and keep a pulse on the direction of the Program Be an advocate for the Scrum Team and explain their capabilities and limitations to the Business - set the team up for success Translate strategic vision into technical specifications What are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience.

Requirements:
5-10
years of experience in product management, consulting, program & project management, preferably within a financial services or related Fintech firm 5
years participating, developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams in an agile environment 5
years as a Product Owner 5
years direct experience working with Agile/Scrum Core Competencies:
Ability to partner with both technology and business Associates to develop and implement solutions Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and work independently Flexibility and organizational change management experience The ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority Outstanding organizational skills, especially with adapting to change and shifting priorities appropriately Ability to size and scope features and stories, and use quantifiable methods to prioritize work Ability to effectively address cost, performance, and schedule constraints Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence Must be able to comfortably and effectively communicate cross-functionally with multiple technical and non-technical teams Think strategically, and execute tactically - excellent analytical and logic skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment Preferences:
Actual working experience and demonstration of competency as a PO within SAFe, including leading PI planning breakout sessions and PI objectives for a product team is a major plus.
Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or Professional Scrum Product Owner Knowledge of streaming, relational databases, API and key AWS Services, including Lambda, Kinesis, S3, Dynamo, GLUE.
Pay Range:
$103,120-$154,680/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
