Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Technology organization as VP, SRE.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading stability, availability and reliability of our applications and platforms
Responsibilities:
Lead Level 2 Product Support Team supporting all LPL business lines, and applications leveraging Java,.
Net, Angular JS, MuleSoft APIs, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Proficient in using monitoring and observability tools like DynaTrace, ELK, SolarWinds and able to correlate patterns Highly experienced in ITIL functions like Problem, Change, Release and Incident Management Activate a high performing, rapid response, continuously improving 24x7 L2 organization supporting these technologies and our customers.
Fanatically protect customer experience through capabilities and processes that detect and restore system issues as quickly as possible (through telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and both automated and manual recovery) Relentlessly drive towards real root cause, drive incident reduction and improving application availability Develop strategy, roadmaps, and metrics that communicate and enable transparency into operational KPIs, key risks, and progress.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing outcome-oriented engineers, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore personnel.
Promote the vision and drive organizational transformation through establishing/maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business, product, engineering, operations and management.

years of developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams.

years in driving production support and continuous improvements in an enterprise environment 3
years of experience leading triage calls and driving RCA 3
years of development/coding experience with Microsoft, JAVA technologies and architecture.

years of experience in technology leadership roles that span across operations, platform, and engineering preferably within a financial service or related FinTech firm.
Flexibility and organizational change management experience.
The ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority of all dependencies.
Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within position scope and at the company.
Consensus-builder who drives change across initiatives within and outside direct accountability and evaluates solutions to the most complex business challenges.
Pay Range:
$132,240-$198,360/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
