TFE Extruder Operator: Monday - Thursday (12-hour Nights, 7pm-7am)

Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe TFE Operator will be responsible for machine operation.
This would include troubleshooting, documentation, and quality of material.
Job ResponsibilitiesoInstall proper tooling, load, run and monitor extruder with minimum downtime.
oMake pre-forms out of resin as specified on order card.
oMeasure and maintain correct wall thickness of tubing.
oOperator only runs one machine.
oKeep tooling and machines in good working condition.
oPolish and straighten tooling on lathe.
oKeep work area clean and free of debris.
oObserve all safety rules and regulations.
oMaintain good communications within the department.
QualificationsoHigh school diploma or equivalentoThe ability to carry out oral and written instructions along with the ability to adapt to different situationsoThe ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
