This career opportunity will be based out of our CA - Columbia (Gaston, SC) facility.
Key
Responsibilities:
Analyze assigned categories' markets to manage a group of suppliers to meet and exceed Company's requirements in terms of value, quality, and service.
Develop in-depth quantitative analysis and KPI review via Scorecards in coordination with business partners' input and market trends to implement sourcing strategies which maximize value creation while creating strategic alliances with vendors.
Partner with Legal to ensure assigned contracts minimize risk for the Company Work with end users, peers, and corporate functions to identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement opportunities to optimize cost and Procurement processes.
Perform all activities in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with the Company's policies (including but not limited to Procurement Policy), procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct.
Skills & Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field, required.
Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, preferred Proficient level of Microsoft office tools and data analytics via Excel, BI analytics or equivalent, required.
Proficiency with SAP or ERP software equivalent, preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced, challenging, and cross-functional team environment.
