Job Summary

Performs direct patient care duties as assigned or delegated by the Charge Nurse to meet the physical, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of the psychiatric and/or chemically dependent patient.¬  Delivers care to patients (voluntary and involuntary) of all ages and demonstrates knowledge of population-specific developmental tasks gained through training and experience.¬ 

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree-¬ Social sciences, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related field.

Minimum Experience

1 year-¬ Behavioral health or related experience. Inpatient psychiatric facility treatment preferred.¬

In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements

In lieu of Bachelor's degree, an Associates degree with more than 5 years of direct inpatient psychiatric experience will be considered the equivalent.

Other Required Experience

3 years Mental Health/Social Service experience- Preferred¬

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
